DESCRIPTION:James River Association Upper James River Summer Camps\n\n\n\nGet ready for a week of unforgettable outdoor fun and learning! Join us for an immersive nature and river exploration experience where students will dive into the wonders of the James River through exciting games\, hands-on activities\, and engaging outdoor adventures.\n\n\n\nPaddle Camp\n\nAges 14-17\n\nJuly 13-17 (5 day)   9am   3pm\n\n$399\n\n\n\nJoin JRA for a week of paddle skill instruction! Campers will be introduced to all things paddling. We will explore canoeing\, kayaking\, SUP\, and even take a ride on a Batteaux! Students will complete 1 exciting downriver paddle at the very end of the week putting to use all of the skills that we have learned! As a part of this camp\, participants will also walk away having learned the ACA (American Canoe Association) level 1 fundamentals\, taught by an accredited instructor.
