DESCRIPTION:New resource for leading nonprofit organizations or religious institutions as well as business leaders serving in nonprofit work...\n\nConsultations with Hugh Ballou\, Founder and President\n\nSynerVision Leadership Foundation \n\n \n\nHugh will facilitate conversations on the problems facing today's leader of what some are calling "Social Benefit" organizations. At the end of the month\, the group will define ways to move forward with the support of the Alliance.\n\n\n\nAdditional session dates are:  April 12\, 19 and 26.\n\n\n\nOn April 5\, at 3:00 p.m.\, Hugh will lead a brainstorming session to identify the topics to address and the priority of those topics as well as define ways the nonprofit leaders in the community wish to work together during this time of focus on nonprofit leadership.\n\n\n\nThe sessions can be formatted in the following ways:\n\n      Individual appointments with Hugh - Please schedule in advance\n\n      Facilitated group mastermind sessions\, in which the members present assist each other\n\n      Group Coaching Sessions\, in which one leader receives coaching from Hugh and others learn from the process\n\n      Content Presentations - Hugh has lots of content if members want to have a learning session\n\n      Other options defined by the leaders present\n\n \n\nResources available to Alliance members only.
