Bring your friends and co-workers!\n\n\n\nSpecial Guests\n\nAllison Jordan\, Allison Jordan LLC\n    Dr. Allison Jordan has dedicated her career to strengthening the lives of youth and families across Central Virginia. With experience spanning K 12 classroom instruction and administration\, nonprofit leadership\, and strengths-based leadership coaching\, she brings a holistic perspective to community impact. In her current role as a consultant\, Allison partners with nonprofit organizations to foster collaboration and collective impact. She also serves on the board of directors for the Central Virginia Academy for  Nonprofit Excellence (CVANE)\, advancing capacity-building efforts for the region's nonprofit sector.\n\n    Allison has been married for 17 years and counting. She and her husband Jeff have two adolescent children\, Nick and Kate\, and two big slobbery dogs. In her spare time\, she loves to watch her children play sports\, be their personal Uber\, spend quality time with family\, and to go to bed early. For fun\, Allison is always reading at least one leadership or communication book and will tell you about it even if you do not ask. Allison has always wanted to be a standup comedian\, so she will infuse humor in most situations.\n\n\nJoanna Luper\, Co-Branch Manager\, Luper Team Mortgage\n\n    Joanna is a Virginia native whose journey has come full circle back to Lynchburg\, a place she's proudly called home for over two decades. After leaving to pursue her passion for education in Europe\, life led her back to the community where she would build both her family and her future.\n\n    In 2017\, Joanna transitioned into the mortgage industry\, bringing with her a heart for people and a teacher's mindset. Alongside her husband\, she has built the top mortgage lending team in Central Virginia\, helping more than 1\,250 families achieve homeownership and create lasting financial foundations.\n\n    At her core\, Joanna is passionate about investing in others.
