He regularly counsels employers and businesses on workplace compliance, employee relations, and risk management issues, helping them proactively address emerging employment law challenges.
Steven currently serves as the 2026 Chair of the Board of Governors for the Virginia Bar Association and is Treasurer of the Virginia Legal Aid Society.
