SUMMARY:7th Annual 911 Never Forget Memorial Run
DESCRIPTION:Since 2011\, The Lynchburg Area Veteran's Council has hosted the area's only fund raising program that honors our fallen military and first responder heroes\, and provides support for those who are in need.\n\n\n\nWe will host on September 11\, 2017 the 7th annual "9-11 Never Forget Memorial Run." Our event will be held at The Lynchburg American Legion\, Post 16 on Monday 9/11 at 6:30pm. It will consist of a 5K run and a 1 mile fun run/walk.\n\n\n\nThe Lynchburg Area Veteran's Council is a non profit\, 501(c) (3) organization that filters moneys to three local military institutions\; The Vietnam Veterans of America (Chapter 196)\, The American Legion (Post 16)\, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart (1607). It is with great honor and privilege that our volunteers work all year to raise money and support our real Heroes. And now you can help as well. Sign up to run our 5K or the 1 mile fun.
