DESCRIPTION:Aging in Place Expo\n						 \n\n						Caregivers\, business and government leaders\, persons diagnosed with early dementia\, and anyone interested in remaining in their homes through retirement:\n\n						 \n\n						The Beard Center on Aging at the University of Lynchburg\, AARP Virginia\, Centra\, the Central Virginia Area Agency on Aging (CVACL)\, and the Lynchburg Area Center for Independent Living (LACIL) invite you to join us at this FREE event!\n\n						 \n\n						Aging in Place Expo\n\n						June 8\, 2023 | 9:30 AM - 1:30 AM \n\n						University of Lynchburg | Schewel Hall\n\n						 \n\n						The event will feature: \n\n						  40 exhibitors - local resources related to aging in place and living independently\n\n						  12 mini-educational programs (30 minutes or less each) and demonstrations\n\n						  Information on topics such as emergency preparedness\, scams and identity theft prevention\, medication management\, home safety\, finding help\, and more.\n\n						  Lots of giveaways and door prizes \n\n						 \n\n						Admission if free.
