DESCRIPTION:Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lynchburg 10th Anniversary Doorway to GREAT Futures Gala\n\nJoin members of the Lynchburg community as we celebrate 10 amazing years of providing life changing programs to Lynchburg's youth!\n\nIn honor of our 10th anniversary\, we will be hosting the Doorway to Great Futures Gala on February 26\, 2016. This event is both a celebration and an exciting fundraiser. The Gala will include music\, dancing\, a catered dinner and exciting live and silent auctions. It will allow the Club to grow and continue to offer life changing programming to more than 210 of Lynchburg's highest-risk youth. All funds raised will go directly to serve the kids through our many Club programs and activities such as:\n\n* PowerHour\, a homework help and tutoring program\;\n\n* SMART Moves\, a prevention/education program\;\n\n* Skill Tech\, our computer and technology skills initiative\;\n\n* Arts & Crafts\, Recreation\, Leagues and much more.\n\n\n\nServing youth at two locations throughout the City\, the Club is open to any Lynchburg area youth. Membership is just $10 per child for the year! We are open 2:30p.m.-8p.m. on school days\, 10a.m.-5p.m. on school holidays & snow days\, and 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. during the summer.
