DESCRIPTION:The 2020 Cars For Kids Car Show (a fundraiser benefiting local organization\, Gleaning For The World) is sponsored this year by the Virginia Independent Automobile Dealers Association (VIADA). \n\n\n\nThe car show will showcase 10 classes of cars\, trucks\, and motorcycles competing for "best of the show" trophies. There will also be food trucks\, craft vendors\, local business representatives\, door prizes\, and a 50/50 raffle.\n\n\n\n"We are pleased to be partnering with VIADA and the folks behind the Cars for Kids Car show to bring the first car show of the year to Lynchburg\," said Gleaning's Director of Donor Relations\, Michael Justice. "We hope to see the community take advantage of this free\, family-friendly event."\n\n \n\nTo enter a car\, truck\, or bike in the car show\, please register at the gate on July 25 from 8am until 10am. The cost to enter your vehicle is twenty dollars. All proceeds from this event will go to Gleaning For The World\, a nonprofit organization located in Concord\, VA. Gleaning focuses on local\, national\, and international aid through the efficient delivery of high quality\, life-saving supplies to victims of poverty and devastation\, as well as disaster relief work after natural disasters occur.\n\n\n\nVendors and food trucks are invited to apply for vendor space by July 20.
