The Alliance and Leadership Lynchburg are excited to bring several new trainings to our region with local leader and Fortune 500 consultant\, Scot McCarthy.\n\n\n\nWhy do Olympic athletes\, pro sports teams\, and CEO's have coaches? Because everyone can improve their performance. This course provides the learner with an effective career development coaching model that will create a safe space for career aspiration conversations that focus on where the coachee is today relative to their long term goals\, and what an effective development plan would be to reach those goals. Learners are asked to bring a specific coaching scenario to the session\, and each will have time to apply provide new concepts\, models\, and tools to their real-life scenario.\n\n\n\nClick here to register.
