Then on Wednesday evening\, U.S. Representative Bob Goodlatte (VA-6) and Judge Steve Agee of the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals will be joined by former Congressman Robert Hurt to discuss the powers and limitations of the Judicial Branch as outlined in Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution.
