DESCRIPTION:Presenter: Gary Campbell\, President       Impact2Lead\, LLC\n\n\n\nGary is currently working on his first book and speaks nationally on workplace topics such as\; Impactful Leadership\, Cultural Transformation\, Becoming an Employer of Choice\, The Essentials of a High Performing Organization\, Motivating and Engaging Employees\, etc. He is a regular speaker with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and a number of Primary Care Associations around the country.\n\n\n\nWhether you're the leader of your organization or working to become a better employee\, this lunch & learn workshop will bring value.\n\n \n\nWe'll explore the following: the dynamics and expectations of the new workplace\; the connection between culture and engagement\; the transformative journey to success\; and understanding how your personal brand impacts your success and an organization's culture.  Participate in this workshop and then visit all the exhibitors at the Buy The Burg! Show at the same location. \n\n\n\nCost includes lunch and is $25 for Alliance members and $35 for general admission.  Reservations are required.
