Participants can enjoy walking on a grass clipped 1 Mile trail through fruit orchards and pastures amid beautiful fall foliage. \n\n\n\nRefreshments will be available throughout the morning with coffee\, fresh cider\, apples\, and donuts. There should be treats for the canines as well. \n\n\n\nThe charge for each walker is $10 and contributions of a like amount can be given in honor or memory of a special dog who may be retired \,not social \,or a beloved one no longer with us. There will be a play area for the dogs.\n\n \n\nEducational information by professionals and net working will acquaint participants with the awareness of the seriousness of canine cancer and how we might chase away this disease forever and become our (Dog's Hero) by proper examination of our own canines for early detection. One in three dogs will develop cancer. \n\n\n\nChase Away K-9 cancer is a fund under the National Canine Cancer Foundation (NCCF) a 501(c) 3 organization and has funded over a dozen grants over the past few years.
