DESCRIPTION:This Legislative event brings the region's legislators together with members of the business community for an update and briefing of the 2021 General Assembly Session.\n\n\n\nLegislators will give their thoughts on the session and any expected repercussions the region may face\, followed by a time of Q&A.  \n\nConfirmed legislators:\n\nSenator Steve Newman\n\nSenator Mark Peake\n\nDelegate Kathy Byron\n\nDelegate Ronnie Campbell\n\nDelegate Matt Fariss\n\nDelegate Wendell Walker\n\n\n\n\n\nCost is $20 members\; $30 general admission. While we won't be eating together like we would if we were in person\, we want you to know that a portion of your registration will be supporting our retail/restaurant members. We have purchased $10 gift cards to support this vital sector of the economy which has been hard hit during the pandemic.\n\nReservations are required and should be made by 1 p.m.\, Tuesday\, April 13\, 2021 by calling the Alliance at 434-845-5966\, emailing info@lynchburgregion.org or registering online. Alliance policy requires that all reservations be billed unless canceled 43 hours prior to the event.\n\n\n\nPlease email Heath Barret or call (434) 515-3365 for partnership opportunities.
