DESCRIPTION:If you have ever been curious about the uniforms\, history\, tactics\, gear\, weapons\, or morale of U.S. servicemen and the Allies during the turbulent period leading up to D-Day\, here is your opportunity to learn more.  Meet Omar Bradley at a period command tent\, and hear first-hand stories from WWII Veterans.  There will be book-signings with authors Bob VandeLinde (Respect: Forgotten Heroes and Korea)\, Zoe Myers (We Two: A Story of War and Love)\, and Thomas Carter (Beachhead Normandy: An LCT's Odyssey). Regular admission fees apply.  *Scouts are encouraged to attend this event and will receive a discounted admission rate as well as the chance    to earn a special patch.
