DESCRIPTION:The National D-Day Memorial commemorates Memorial Day with a special ceremony to officially recognize the men and women who have sacrificed for our freedoms.  The program begins at 11a.m. and will include special guest speaker Alex Kershaw. Kershaw is the widely-acclaimed author of several popular books on World War II\, including the New York Times best-sellers The Bedford Boys and The Longest Winter. The dedication of Veterans Bricks will also take place during the ceremony.  Admission is free until noon.  Sponsored by American National Bank.
