The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4:00 PM. Open house to follow with light refreshments. \n\n \n \nDo you have a reason to celebrate too? Host a ribbon cutting\, grand opening\, or ground breaking with the Alliance!\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\n\n	Use of our ceremonial ribbon and HUGE scissors\, provided by the Alliance - at no charge!
