Tim will share lesson's learned from Colorado based on their legalization process. Key takeaways include:\n\n\n	How to prepare for the legalization of marijuana from an employer perspective\n	HR and OSHA considerations for employees\n	Lesson learned from industry\n\nTim Heaton is the President of the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA). As President of CAMA\, Tim is leading Colorado manufacturers' efforts to come together to make connections\, build strategic relationships\, develop their businesses\, and collectively grow the manufacturing industry across the state. Tim brings more than 20 years of manufacturing experience to CAMA\, ranging from proof-of-concept to institutional capital development\, turnaround\, and product development. He began his professional career in Washington\, D.C. working for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. Tim has served as a Sub-Center Director for the Small Business Administration's Small Business Development Center and as the Manager of the Small Business Group for the Denver Chamber of Commerce.
