Alliance CEO Megan Lucas said the organization serves as a catalyst for major change but only through synergy and regional partnerships.

“There can be no doubt that the alliance is driving positive change on many fronts,” she said. “The most visible sign of a catalyst on the massive regional scale is our new headquarters. Your headquarters.”

Last year, the alliance moved into its new office at 300 Lucado Place from its former office space on Memorial Avenue. On Wednesday she urged members to take advantage of the space.

The alliance added new staff last year to push the alliance’s vision forward to help aid members with their businesses.

She said the alliance forecasts exponential growth for the next 30 years.

“We all do more together. That’s why the alliance exists,” Lucas said. “To be catalysts for positive change and synergies that can be unleashed when working together. In 2017 we created more enhanced dynamic partnerships with businesses, industries and government that will drive results for years to come.”
