The Level Up YP Summit presented by Delta Star was a conference for the next generation of leaders organized by the Young Professionals of Central VA (YPCV) of the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance. The event sold out in less than three weeks and had 120 of the best and brightest young leaders in attendance. Attendees were energized by inspiring work sessions led by several regional executives, an opening workshop on improving presenting skills by Virginia Tech Associate Professor Greg Justice, and a keynote lunch address by BWXT President and CEO Rex Geveden.

“This Summit aimed to inspire and equip our region’s next generation of leaders who we wanted to retain as part of our great region,” stated YPCV Chair Rollie Edwards.  Content was created to awaken inner energy with motivating sessions, community experiences and opportunities to connect with the leaders of today and tomorrow. The Summit concluded with Level Up awards presented to five outstanding young professionals. If you missed out, there are plans for a summit in 2020.
