Liberty University announced Thursday the construction of a new, three-story, 60,000-square-foot School of Engineering building.

The school will provide professors and students access to state-of-the-art-equipment, LU said in a news release.
Construction on the building, which will be built across from DeMoss Hall and next to the School of Business, will begin this fall. The building is scheduled to open by the fall semester of 2021, according to the release.
