LifeSteps Module ''Physical & Emotional Wellness'' -
Diuguid's "LifeSteps" workshops provide expert teaching on topics ranging from wellness, home and personal safety, financial, to healthy cooking. There is no cost for this class, however, we ask that you call to register your attendance. These educational classes are for anyone in the community who could benefit from them.
