It all started in 1989 with Bruce Reed, the “Bruce” in Bruster’s, and his passion for providing the community with fresh homemade ice cream. And since then, their commitment to deliver premium, small batch ice cream hasn’t changed a bit.

Bruster’s Ice Cream is made the old-fashioned way to create their signature flavor. Their handcrafted recipes always start with a proprietary homestyle mix delivered fresh from their own dairy to each ice cream shop. They serve premium flavors and artisan desserts made right in the store where they are served, including crunchy handmade waffle cones, customized sundaes, candy-filled blasts, and thick milkshakes. 

• Use of our ceremonial ribbon and HUGE scissors, provided by the Alliance - at no charge! (Shovels for groundbreakings available upon request)
• Contact list of Alliance members that provide catering services (upon request)
• Contact list of local media and a sample press release to promote your event
• Alliance staff member and Ambassadors will attend and coordinate the ribbon cutting ceremony
• Great photo opportunity - An Alliance staff member will take photos and post and tag your business on the Alliance's social media (Photos shared upon request)
• Keep and sign your ribbon as a keepsake to display in your location
