Summer Galette Baking Class

Join Maria, the Head Baker at The Flour District, in a hands-on class to craft a seasonal fruit galette! A galette is an open-faced pie that is simple to make and can be filled with any fruits you have on hand this season. Under Maria’s expert instruction, participants will use locally-sourced ingredients to craft this classic dessert from start to finish! Each participant will go home with their own handmade galette, the recipe, and (hopefully) some wonderful memories. 

Each participant will receive a glass of wine with this class (if older than 21) or a non-alcoholic soda or seltzer. 

This class is ideal for all skill levels! Ages 14+
