Welcome Dr. R. Luke Wagoner, Optometrist to the Lynchburg area as he reopens the Optometry practice formerly known as Elizabeth M. Darby, Optometrist, as Wagoner Family Eye Care, PLLC. Dr. Wagoner, his wife Annie and their knowledgeable staff wish to celebrate this transition. Dr. Elizabeth Darby will be present to support Dr. Wagoner at the Ribbon Cutting. Dr. Wagoner will carry on the same level of patient care into this next chapter.
