David Cheatham is Principal Consultant of Transform Communications LLC, a strategic messaging and change management consulting practice. He serves on the faculty of Rutgers University where he teaches business administration, marketing, and human resource management (HRM). David also serves on the Workforce Solutions team at CVCC.
David works with business owners and other organizational leaders to improve the outcomes of organizational change across the enterprise: M&A, product introductions, branding, technology deployment; process, leadership & culture change.
A Lynchburg native, David brings a proven record of social impact for diverse organizations by focusing on the people side of change for more stakeholder engagement with less reputational risk. David holds an M.A. in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Certificate in Strategic Communications Management from The Park School of Communications at Ithaca College. He is a Prosci®-certified Change Practitioner.
