The Virginia General Assembly will convene for a long session in 2026. Groundwork for legislation is underway now. Rapidly increasing home prices in Virginia’s metropolitan areas, large and small, are increasing pressure on the General Assembly to take action. CVPDC staff is contributing to an effort to bring together state legislators who want to hear from local elected officials on likely pieces of legislation. FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL ATTENDEES.
