At this session, Cale Edgerly, President & CEO of Sonny Merryman, will explore the theme “Little Things Matter.” With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the commercial vehicle industry, Cale has seen firsthand how small decisions, everyday experiences, and lessons learned along the way can have a lasting impact on a career and an organization.

Cale spent 27 years with Daimler Truck, advancing through a variety of leadership roles before serving as President & CEO of Thomas Built Buses, where he led the development and launch of the Jouley electric school bus. Since joining Sonny Merryman in 2021, he has focused on customer success, innovation, and long-term growth.

Cale will share the experiences, decisions, and lessons that have shaped his leadership journey, including the seemingly small moments that made a bigger difference than he expected.
