We’re seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related field preferred)
• Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  Working Conditions

• Primarily on construction sites with exposure to weather and physical hazards
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and use of protective equipment
• May require extended hours, weekends, or travel depending on project needs

  Preferred Skills

• OSHA certification
• Experience with project management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
