KECH, Inc. is an award-winning government and commercial contracting firm with four major Lines of Business: Contact Center and Helpdesk Operations; Consulting; Learning & Development (L&D); and the KECH Product Line. Our Contact Center Operations Team supports multiple federal agencies, employs hundreds of customer service and management staff, and meets/exceeds performance expectations. Within our consulting practice we provide clients with a variety of services including business development, contact center strategy, and contact center optimization. For L&D, we design, develop, and deliver training, including developing CBT courses using a variety of interactive activities, like animations, videos, games, knowledge checks, scenario training, and take-aways. Our product line includes our own management portal, Learning Management System, and KECH Connect- a custom infrastructure solution that integrates a number of popular ACD/IVR, CRM, QA, WFM, and KM technology.
