About Us

The UP Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating recovery-ready communities and providing counseling and recovery support services for people experiencing substance use and mental health challenges. We provide wrap-around recovery services including individual, group, and family counseling, peer support, recovery coaching, and therapeutic activities with specialized services for youth. Through education, prevention, treatment, peer support, and community engagement, we empower individuals and families with the resources, tools, and support they need to heal, achieve and maintain wellness, and reach their Unlimited Potential. The UP Foundation accepts most insurance, including Medicaid; however, no person is ever denied help due to an inability to pay. With our blended model of clinical and peer support services, we have an outstanding success rate in seeing lives transformed.
