Daly Seven Investing $19 Million in Campbell County Hotel Development
Daly Seven, Inc., a leading hotel developer and operator in the Southeast, has committed to a $19 million investment in the development of a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites and an adjacent 1.75 pad-ready restaurant outparcel along the Wards Road corridor in Campbell County, Virginia.
The 113-room hotel and restaurant will complement the surrounding commercial district near Lynchburg Regional Airport, joining the existing Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lynchburg, and Chili’s. The new developments will continue to expand this rapidly developing hospitality and retail corridor near the southern entrance to Liberty University on Liberty Mountain Drive.
Based on the capital real estate investment and projected annual transient occupancy tax revenue, the Campbell County Board of Supervisors approved both an Economic Stimulus Grant and an Infrastructure Assistance Grant in accordance with the County’s business incentive policy.
