About Us

Opened in 2018, Community Access Network was founded with the goal that all patients would receive quality, compassionate healthcare regardless of age, income or insurance status. Since we opened our doors, that goal has driven us to add even more services to our line-up, so that we truly can offer all levels of healthcare to our patients, including:
