Countryside Holding Company, LLC was formed as a small real estate development firm in 1993 by merging a number of real estate partnerships dating back to 1980. Currently, Countryside works in a rapidly expanding territory covering some 4,000 square miles. Our areas of focus offer a versatile mix of homes, apartments, townhomes, and condos - for purchase or lease. Additionally, we promote land ownership for people with our rural land sales program, with various tracts of rural land in multiple counties throughout Virginia & provide a wide range of building lots for local builders throughout the Commonwealth. We also provide opportunities for the Virginia business community by supplying office & warehouse space for lease, commercial land for sale/lease & a number of build-to-suit options. Moreover, we are dedicated to protecting and preserving water quality & providing habitat for wildlife through wetland banking.
