This year I’ve had the distinct honor to chair a national program for the US Chamber of Commerce. In this role I delivered five speeches to chamber and association professionals who had completed the 96-hour professional development program known as “The Institute for Organization Management.” As I reflect on my speech about multiplication, it occurred to me to ask you, “how are you helping yourself and your team manage the subtractors and/or the dividers?”
Here's the context to my question. There are four types of personalities that can impact our success: adders, subtractors, dividers or multipliers. These either help or hinder your organizational mission and key initiatives. So...…
- Who on your team is adding and multiplying your organization's impact?

- How are you managing the “seats on the bus?” Do you have the right people in the right seats to propel your business?
