The Alliance is thrilled to partner with the Greenville Chamber in North Carolina for a virtual “Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Summit: Amplify the I”. We have assembled DEI experts and though-leaders from around the country to share their experience and wisdom on how to exactly that--look within and ''AMPLIFY THE I.'' Years of experience has taught us inclusion starts WITHIN ourselves as individuals. We can't simply rely on programs or initiatives to shoulder the efforts of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. we need to dive deep on the inside as we do this crucial (and sometimes uncomfortable) work. Only then can what is authentically transpiring internally be amplified to increase impact externally in our businesses and communities, so we can create real change.
