Navigating an Intergenerational Workplace
Today's business environment may be the first to include five different generations working side by side toward shared economic and commercial goals. For day-to-day interactions, managing multiple generations in the workplace may not be as easy as it sounds. Each defined generation can have different expectations, communication styles, and perspectives. Come to this workshop where we'll cover overarching themes of each generation, tips for communicating across
generations, and ways to thrive with multiple generations rather than have people jump ship. Ashley will share her practical lessons learned and how's she's navigated as a young professional CEO.
