Yeah, we know. There's a lot that you're facing these days.......
Your organization is short staffed. You're needing a mental health break. And, you and your team could use some inspiration!
Well, our Work Healthy Coalition of the Alliance invites you to our fall luncheon featuring the inspiring, Rob Jones, U.S. Marine veteran and Paralympian. Rob lost both his legs after stepping on a landmine during a push into Taliban territory in 2010. Jones made headlines when he completed 31 consecutive marathons in 31 days while raising money for veterans. Between 2013 and 2014, he cycled nearly 5,200 miles across the United States in order to raise awareness for wounded veterans. He also won a bronze medal with Oksana Masters in mixed double sculls (rowing) at the 2012 Summer Paralympics.
What people are saying:
“The best part was sitting back while he actually talked, with our entire company on the edge of their seats, not a word in the room while he spoke about his experience. Rob was an excellent choice and I would recommend him to any executive looking to make a positive impact on their company.” — Craig Robeen, Vice President, Altorfer Cat
“His story is incredible. His delivery is humble, authentic and vulnerable. Everyone in the group left inspired and self reflective. It doesn't get much better than that. I would recommend Rob as a speaker for leaders, employees or community groups that are looking for perspective on how to overcome challenges and succeed.” — Jesse White, CEO, Intact Technology
