Requirements:

• Excel in verbal and written communication via phone
• Must have a passion for providing elevated customer service

• Proficient in computer navigation and ecommerce
• Must type 40 WPM or better
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Previous Retail and/or Call Center experience is a plus
• Writing skills are a plus
• Must be flexible with weekly schedules; weekend shifts required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (college degree a plus)

 
Responsibilities:

• Required to successfully complete initial and ongoing training/workshops
• Assist customers with order placement
• Handle escalated customer inquiries through strong problem solving abilities   
• Offer personalized fit and styling advice
• Promote and offer additional products and services including the J. Crew credit card
• Maintain positive interactions with both internal and external customers
• Maintain quality, sales and efficiency standards
