Diuguid Community Outreach presents another set of 4  LifeSteps workshops FREE to the publc.  LifeSteps workshops provide expert advice/discussion on topics ranging from wellness and exercise to tips to help with grieving a loss,  to taking care of your heart.   Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend.   Classes are generally small and informal.... question and answer sessions follow each workshop.   Come and join a community of gentle souls who are genuinely interested in caring for their mind and body after a loss of a loved one.   Diuguid Outreach:    ....providing healing experiences for our community"
