Diuguid's LifeSteps workshops provide expert teaching on topics ranging from wellness, home and personal safety, financial decision making, traveling again, to healthy cooking and cooking for one. This unique five week program (on Thursday afternoons) offers a variety of excellent topics, all of which are tailor made to help you move through the many changes caused by death of your loved one. There is NO CHARGE for LifeSteps, but we ask you to pre-register your attendance. This Diuguid Community Outreach is for anyone who could benefit from these workshops.
