One of Lynchburg's own, Beth Fox, has 14 medical conditions including Trochlear and Ulnar Dysplasia, Turner Syndrome, and Neuromuscular Disorder, to name a few. She lives on her own and has been able to make a way for herself through online tutoring, until recently.
