4 Week Nurse Aide Class
Runs Monday through Friday from 8a.m.-2:30p.m. and clinical week will run from 7a.m.-3:30p.m.
*Cost: $1,370
Pay in FULL before start   
Student must be 17 years or older
Registration Checklist MUST be complete
Must present a Valid Driver’s License, Identification Card (DMV Issued) or
US Passport
Must present Social Security Card.
Background Authorization Form with signature (when you submit application)
Student will be required to obtain a PPD test (At cost to student)
