About the Facilitator: Carrie has served a part of a 3-person executive team of Chick-fil-A Wards Road and River Ridge Mall providing development and leadership to more than 150 team members across two restaurants. This restaurant has been awarded the "GOLD" nine years running for "Best Wait Staff," which launched Carrie into more than 60 businesses to offer customer service training. As part of the Chick-fil-A leadership team, she has overseen marking, human resources, training, drive thru operations, and development.
