The Small Business Development Center - Lynchburg Region's mission is to assist the growth of the region's economy by helping small businesses to success through one on one advising and training. Partially funded through the United States Small Business Administration, they are a member of the Virginia Small Business Development Center network and are hosed by the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance. services are available to any member of the public considering opening or expanding a business. Their advising services are free of charge and educational services are free or low cost.
