Yep, that's right, Megan and Christine on the same panel. You've been wanting to hear from the two women leading in the same organization. Not competing. Not threatened by each other. Just helping each other be their best and do their best for the sake of the region. Two women on a mission to lead their organization, impact their community, help people and have fun in the process. 
 
Traditionally women have been taught to be competitive with one another. It's clear that this strategy isn't at play at the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance. The truth is that raising each other up and channeling the power of collaboration is truly how these two leaders change the equation. . . and have a lot more fun along the way!
