Dana W. Marr, CEO, Wooldridge Heating Air Electrical, Inc. has been with the company for 35 years working her way through the company as a Service Dispatcher, Inventory Controller Accounting, to the CEO position in which she has served since 2015. She has been recognized as Leader of the Month 2017 and voted Top CEO by Lynchburg Business Magazine in 2019, 2020, and 2021. She was also the recipient of the Athena International Award in 2019. Dana has been recognized by the Office of the Secretary of Defense in 202 as a Patriotic Employer for the support of the National Guard & Reserve. She has served and volunteered with many community events and organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Touch a Truck, Lynchburg Gives, American Red Cross Blood Drives, and serves on the board of directors for Claire Parker Foundation

Michelline Hall is a photographer, advocate, and entrepreneur raised in Lynchburg, Va. She received her BFA from Virginia Intermont College in 2006. Since that time, Michelline has ben art educator specializing in elementary art and digital photography for all ages and started her own business Michelline Hall Photography. Passionate about art accessibility, she has developed programs to bring art to and art education to underserved communities. She has worked with various non-profits such as Riverviews Artspace, Academy Center of the Arts, and The Legacy Museum. Michelline serves on the boards of the Jubilee Family Development Center, the Lynchburg Museum, Vector Space, the African American Advisory Board of Poplar Forest, H.A.S.A.N., and is an active member of the Junior League of Lynchburg. Michelline is currently co-owner & Director of Marketing and Photography at Blackwater Branding, an agency founded by her and her husband Jawansa Hall.
