Join us on Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. and enjoy this "Volkswalk" in Downtown Lynchburg!

There's no cost to participate, and no registration is required. Just show up and join us as we walk to get healthy. Rain plan will be to meet at the Regal Cinema entrance to River Ridge Mall and we'll walk in the Mall.

Note:  Remaining 2-3 mile walks in our Work Healthy Community Walk series will be held on Thursday nights at 5:30 p.m. until Sept. 19, as part of the 100 MILE CHALLENGE.
