The Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to support the day-to-day execution of the Alliance's marketing and communications efforts. This role manages projects, designs and creates content, coordinates campaigns, ensures consistent messaging across digital and print channels and helps promote Alliance initiatives, events, and member engagement through timely, high-quality marketing materials and communications. Candidates must have a proven ability to create and leverage relationships with local, state and national media outlets. Experience with social media platforms, Microsoft 365, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and email marketing tools is required, as is skill in graphic design and website development. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Salary range is $47,000-$53,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
