DJ Media, the owner and operator of local radio stations 105.5 KD Country and 102.3 the Groove, is seeking a full time Outside Sales and Marketing Representative. Join our team and make a positive impact in our community!
Responsibilities:

• Working with our existing account list
• Identifying and pursuing leads
• Conducting in-person sales calls
• Communicating electronically with clients and team members
• Writing and updating sales and marketing proposals, orders, and advertising copy
• Providing regular updates on sales activities

• Minimum 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in an advertising media field
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (building and maintaining client relationships)
• Creativity (to help clients effectively communicate their message)
• Proficiency in word processing software (we will also provide training on our in-house software tools)
• Professional appearance (business casual attire for most interactions)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Familiarity with radio and digital advertising sales
