FIVE18 Family Services Acquires New Building to Serve as Centralized Headquarters

Lynchburg, VA — December 18, 2024

FIVE18 Family Services is excited to announce the acquisition of a new building located at 4009 Murray Place, formerly the site of Phase 2. This marks a significant milestone in the organization’s history as it prepares to bring its operations and ministries together under one roof.

The decision to purchase this new space aligns with FIVE18’s vision for growth and increased impact. By consolidating its offices and services into one centralized location, FIVE18 aims to foster improved communication, synergy, and collaboration among its teams and partners.

“This new space represents more than just a building—it’s a pivotal step in positioning FIVE18 Family Services to better serve our community,” said Robert Day, CEO. “The size, location, and potential of this building are aligned with our mission to strengthen families and create meaningful, life-changing relationships.”

The location of 4009 Murray Place is particularly strategic, bringing FIVE18 closer to the client families they work with daily. The building’s size also offers a wide range of opportunities for community development, expanded programming, and the potential to grow relationships with families, churches, and local businesses.

While the organization’s headquarters will remain at its current location for the time being, plans are underway to fully renovate the property, with an anticipated move-in date of Spring, 2026.
